Rehab at Shannondell is a division of Shannondell at Valley Forge – a leading continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Audubon, Pennsylvania.

Since opening its doors in 2004, Shannondell has grown to become one of the Delaware Valley’s most preferred retirement communities, with more than 1,100 active residents.

As part of this growth, Rehab at Shannondell developed as a distinct facility out of demand for comprehensive rehab services currently being provided at The Meadows at Shannondell. Residents and non-residents are attracted to both the quality of care and comfort afforded by the resort-style environment.

So, while Rehab at Shannondell is a new physical structure on the Shannondell campus, our licensed therapists and board certified physicians have been helping patients to recover well and return strong for years.
